From 17 to 28 February 2025, Steven Michel is in residence at ICI-CCN (ICI - centre chorégraphique national Montpellier - Occitanie) with the project Music Hole. On February 19th, there will be a workshop with performer Erwan Ha Kyoon Larcher from 19:00 to 21:00.
Erwan Ha Kyoon Larcher, a performer in Steven Michel's new work Music Hole, will share a two-hour workshop with you, exploring notions of memory(s), perceptions of one's own body and time, through practices and physical qualities specific to the creation, such as 'ghost touching', isolation, dissociation, reverse, and others.
About Erwan Ha Kyoon Larcher:
Born in South Korea and based in Paris, Erwan Ha Kyoon Larcher has worked as a performer with Kubilaï Khan Investigations, Ahn Eun Me, Christophe Honoré, Damien Manivel, Philippe Quesne, Clédat & Petitpierre, Phia Ménard, Marcela Santander Corvalàn, Ruth Childs, and Steven Michel.
In 2012, he co-created the show De Nos Jours [Notes on the Circus] with the group Ivan Mosjoukine; and his first solo piece in 2019: RUINE (tour 2019-2024).
Under HA KYOON he tours internationally with his electronic music project in venues such as La Station Gare de Mines in Paris, System in Shanghai, Volnost in Seoul, Urban Spree in Berlin, La Vallée in Brussels, Arcan in Saigon, Bandung, Jakarta, Hamburg, etc.
Winner of the SHAPE+ programme 2024-2025, he is preparing his new performance Shoulder Blades or, Shields of the Heart.
